Welcome to Agricultural and Extension Education
Serving students is our top priority!
Our academic programs build human capital in agriculture. Graduates from this department are experts in education, communication, and technology management, and many become the leaders of technological change in the agriculture industry.
Concentrations:
Students can take advantage of a flexible curriculum to prepare themselves for careers as certified agricultural education teachers, extension and industry educators/trainers, agricultural communicators, agricultural technology specialists, and agricultural production and processing managers, to name a few. We also offer the opportunity for graduate studies in agricultural and extension education.
Stop by the AEED office and say hello!
The AEED office (AGRI 205) is the place to be when you have some free time on campus.
Between classes or when you have a break, you'll find several of your friends hanging out in the AEED office studying, sharing class notes, doing homework, checking e-mail, and just socializing.
You can stop in and say hi to your AEED professors and advisers while you are there.
